Available doses: 1^st, 2^nd and booster.

• 1^st dose: anyone who is aged 12 and over.
• 2^nd dose: anyone who is aged 12 and over – (8weeks from the 1^st dose)
• Booster: anyone who is aged 16 and over, – (91 days from 2^nd dose)
• Autumn Winter Booster:

Feeling unwell or have symptoms?

• A high temperature
• New and persistent cough, or a
• Loss of/change in sense of taste or smell

You must not attend this event if you feel unwell. Please check for symptoms of COVID-19 – if you, or anyone you live with, have one or more of these symptoms you should not attend, Self-isolate.
