What we do

We can fill in applications for you, make appointments and attend them with you, make phone calls and translate letters for you.

Here are some examples of the sort of things we can do:

Make any claim for universal credit
Register you for a doctor, dentist and optician
Apply for housing
Register you for utility bills and council tax
Enrol your children in a school
Give you food vouchers and food parcels in an emergency
Apply for a driving licence so you can drive here
Help you to apply for official UK visa and immigration travel documents
Apply for car insurance
Apply for broadband and phone contracts
Arrange seasonal vaccinations for you
