Translation and Interpretation Service

Wirral Multicultural Organisation (WMO) offers one to one and group translation and interpretation services to a wide range of service providers that include health services (GP and nurse appointments, various medical tests)  in Wirral. Services provided to GP surgeries and some health services are free.

We provide Translation and Interpretation service for Primary Care, Wirral ICB,  Wirral Council, private medical hospitals and other commercial providers to deliver interpretation & translation services in their settings. We also have services delivered to schools and other departments of Wirral Council and private services.

Usual working hours

Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm (you must make an appointment before using this service)

Languages we support

Qualified interpreters are available in Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, Urdu, Mandarin, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovakian Tamil, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Albanian and many more.

This service is free for attending GP or other primary health care appointments.
